CorTexter offers writing software for recruiters and hiring managers. The software gives you concrete suggestions related to findability, attraction, and fitting complexity of the vacancy text. Beside diversity and inclusivity, the software also gives you concrete solutions to always find the right candidates.

Integration Carerix

The CorTexter Bias Detector software can be found in your own tab in the Carerix application, after activation. Existing or new texts can be read up on and analyzed, after which you can find the results in a singular tab.

Once you’re done, you can save your optimized vacancy and move forward in the recruitment process. You don’t have to copy anything, or switch between systems. The Bias Detector software by CorTexter is available in Dutch, English and German. The language detection automatically sets up the right language.
