Google Mail (Gmail) Integration

• 2-Way Email Synchronization: Emails that you send and receive via Gmail are automatically synchronized with Carerix.
• File Linking: All synchronized emails are directly linked to the relevant candidate, contact, or vacancy files in Carerix, based on the email address.
• Overview: You retain the complete communication history in Carerix, regardless of whether the email was drafted in Gmail or Carerix.
• Application Name in Google: The name of this integration in your Google environment is “Carerix”. You can find it under the tab Security; Third-party apps and services.

Google Calendar Integration – “Meetings”

• 2-Way Calendar Synchronization: Appointments that you create in Carerix automatically appear in your Google Calendar, and vice versa.
• Real-time Updates: Changes to appointments, locations, or participants are updated instantly in both systems.
• Google Meet: You can easily add Google Meet as an online meeting location to the appointment.
• Efficient Planning: You manage your interviews, meetings, and other appointments in one central location, without double entry. The integration supports a seamless workflow for inviting candidates and colleagues.
• Application Name in Google: The name of this integration in your Google environment is “Meetings sync”. You can find it under the tab Security; Third-party apps and services.
