It has been collecting labour market-related data for the past 14 years and uses it for HR, recruitment, employability, employees, mortgagees, etc. The aim of IG! is to make the labour market more transparent and use data to bring employees and employers closer together.

IG! is continuously trying to optimise its data and products so they remain compatible with an ever changing labour market. The data originates from its Labour Market Behaviour Survey and is linked to various data sources. IG! possesses the largest labour market database in Europe, which is always being expanded and made available via reports, dashboards, API’s and many other applications.
