PRESS RELEASE: Carerix adds CTI specialist Mondago to partner network

CTI interface helps to save time, improve efficiency and optimise Candidate Experience

Computer Telephony made easy
Delft, 26 January 2017 – Carerix, which supplies recruitment and staffing systems, has established a partnership with specialist in Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Mondago. Now that integration with the Carerix platform has been realised, users can make or receive phone calls from their Carerix application by simply clicking the phone icon on their screens. Mondago then uses number recognition to display the concerned candidate or contact person on a small notification screen. This means recruiters know who is calling when they pick up the phone and do not have to ask the person’s name. This saves a lot of searching and time, and adds efficiency to conversations between recruiters and candidates or contact persons. Number recognition and 360º overview also help to improve the Candidate Experience.

Mondago specialises in Computer Telephony Integration and has been supporting around 90% of telephone systems ever since it was founded in 2001. “CTI and telephone manufacturers are also known to purchase the Mondago interface”, says Tony Goedgeluk, business development manager Benelux and Nordic at Mondago.

In recent years, there has been a shift from traditional telephony to hosted call centres. Mondago works with a lot of telephony partners worldwide and is currently integrating with 350 different CRM and ERP applications.

Time savings

Carerix is the first company in the Netherlands to show interest in the partner programme Mondago has specifically developed for application constructors. The recruitment sector is characterised by intensive phone use. This means a lot of time can be saved by the phone icon (next to the phone number) in the Carerix platform, because numbers are dialled automatically once recruiters click the icon. “The call button is the only visible feature of the interface between Carerix and Mondago”, says Goedgeluk. “Mondago arranges the rest of the intelligence – such as number recognition for inbound calls, 360º overviews, customer maps with one click of the mouse, as well as chat possibilities – in the background.”

Bridge between telephony and data

Carerix CEO Reinald Snik: “The partnership allows Mondago to act as an adviser to our customer when it comes to questions about their current telephony provider or the compatibility of their analogue or digital telephony (VoIP) with the Carerix platform. In addition, integration with Mondago’s CTI creates a bridge between recruiters’ telephone and data environments, which allows the two different worlds to work together and create added value by saving time, improving efficiency and optimising Candidate Experience.”
