EU Force posts vacancies live on every channel in fifteen minutes with Carerix

EU Force is a staffing agency specializing in labor migrants. Founder Timo Geraeds started the company in early 2024, working from home with 15,000 euros in startup capital. Within two and a half years, EU Force grew to dozens of temporary workers and a team of six colleagues.

The company distinguishes itself through good housing for labor migrants, in a market where that is anything but a given. Timo’s ambition is big: by 2030, he wants to have a thousand temporary workers employed, spread across multiple European countries.

From fragmented systems to control over growth

That growth exposed a problem. For every vacancy, Timo works with external recruiters, to whom he sent a PDF with the job listing text by email. If there was a change to the salary or the job requirements, he had to update that document and share it again with every recruiter individually. In addition, his own recruitment ran through Meta ads (via an external partner), with a separate spreadsheet for applications. Responses came in through email, a separate web portal, and separate spreadsheets: three places to keep track of for every vacancy.

In the recruitment market, every day counts. Timo: “I call the client, they need someone. Within three days, they might already have found someone.” In the old setup, adjusting a vacancy or fine-tuning a campaign took too much time to keep up with that pace.

One vacancy, live everywhere instantly

Since March 2026, EU Force has been working with Carerix, combined with Booston for publishing on social media and job boards.

Timo creates a vacancy, has the text drafted with AI, and publishes it directly on the company website. From within Carerix, he rewrites the text into a social media post, and Booston puts it live. Within fifteen minutes, the vacancy is live on the website, on job boards, on social media, and in the supplier portal for EU Force’s external recruiters.

Applications from candidates and responses from external recruiters can all be found in one place, in Carerix.

Timo now makes changes in a single place, in Carerix. If he adjusts the salary, it’s updated everywhere: on the website, in the ad, and in the supplier portal. If a vacancy is filled, he takes it offline everywhere with one click.

Working together on a better ATS for everyone

Custom requests also find their way to Carerix. When Timo, as an early user of the supplier portal, submitted a list of improvement points, most of them were actually implemented.

Time freed up, and the growth that follows

The effect is greatest at the moments when speed makes the difference. Timo received a request for a technician for specific, technical machinery: a vacancy the client had already brought to several staffing agencies without result. That same afternoon, the vacancy was live on social media and the website via Carerix, a suitable candidate came in, and the client hired him. A client EU Force would otherwise have missed out on.

Timo also sees that his recruiters spend less time on administration and have more time to screen candidates. Those candidates come from a pool that now numbers around 20,000 leads per month. EU Force is growing again: from 65 back up to 80 temporary workers, with a hundred in sight.

Asked whether he’d recommend the same step to other agencies hesitant about automation, Timo is clear:

“I’d do it. Someone helps you get over that hurdle, and when you look back six months later, you’re glad you did it.”

With the basics in place, Timo is now focusing on further expansion, in the Netherlands and beyond.
