Access to clients
The user-friendly Client Portal allows you to control which clients get access to the portal. These clients get insight into your services. Clients can easily create vacancies that are directly implemented in Carerix and see who the potential candidates are from all open or active vacancies. Clients can approve and/or reject candidates, including a motivation or reason for rejection. In addition, your clients can find candidates by applying search filters.
Present candidate overview
Give your client the ability to view preselected candidates who have access to the portal. Through helpful search filters, clients can easily find candidates, view, and save resumes and submit requests to meet with candidates. This ensures a streamlined selection process and better collaboration between you and your client.
Present job overview
Present an overview of your clients' open and active vacancies. They can follow the progress of these vacancies through a Matchoverview. This shows the efforts and matches, including the status of the matches. In addition, clients can enter vacancies themselves, which are automatically included in your Carerix database. This saves time and creates a more efficient workflow.
Online approval of timesheets
For users of the Staffing edition in Carerix, the Client Portal offers the additional possibility to approve timesheets online. Your clients can easily approve the written hours of professionals within the portal, ensuring fast and accurate processing of hours and payments.
