For Carerix users, they have developed dashboards that are fully aligned with the Carerix platform. With the available Data Source from Carerix, the link is immediately realized and you can quickly convert your recruitment processes into useful, reliable insights in, for example, Qlik, PowerBI or another BI platform of your choice. Quick start in business intelligence

In cooperation with Carerix and Carerix customers, Cmotions has developed a data model and recruitment dashboards that give you that quick start. They go a step further than the standard dashboarding that is available in Carerix itself. There are already dashboards ready for you in the area of:

Your key information at a glance. Easy to zoom in per team, client or any other filter you want. For many organizations, this dashboard is the base for the week start with the recruiters and therefore also the base of the conversations about how things are going. All activities of your organization. Think of the number of vacancies, intakes, acquisition interviews and placements. Filterable on whatever you want as long as it is a field in Carerix. Useful to see what efforts are needed to achieve a result.

Who comes from where, how is the process going after? What conversion rates do we see and what are the differences per team, client or source? What about follow-up over time, discover connections between processing times and successful placements at a glance with this dashboard.

Online sources

Online marketing activities are an integral part of recruitment processes, but you want to know what the results are. Online marketing dashboards provide this insight.

Placements & employees

Here you can see the complete overview of new starters, current placements and stoppers through your organization, per branch, per employee, per client or whatever you want. You can also see here which customers the placements are with and you can see how long placements take on average per customer.

Turnover & margin

As an organization you want to know what you have invoiced and what you are going to invoice. If you also use invoicing in Carerix then this data is directly available in this dashboard but also if you use another package then this can be shown after linking. Margin and turnover in the past, present or as a forecast? This dashboard provides insight.

Always a custom setup

No organization is the same and therefore all dashboards can be configured to your specific needs. With this flexible basis, you can get started right away with data from Carerix, but we understand better than anyone that every organization has specific processes and wishes, creating the need for customization.

If there are additional wishes, we can create additional dashboards and add them to your existing dashboards. Any specific dashboard that is needed we can customize.
