Randstad Italy selected Carerix as new ATS platform
Rotterdam, December 4th, 2018 – Carerix, supplier of SaaS based recruitment & staffing software solutions for agency and corporate recruiters, has completed the CRM/ATS implementation at Randstad Italy. Since November 26 Carerix is the new central Search & Match platform for more than 1800 Recruiters/Consultants at Randstad Italy. Carerix is integrated in the Randstad Italy’s back office systems and will act as a front office for all its 287 offices.
Powerful platform
Randstad Italy has invested in a future proof solution for its Search & Match activities by using the Carerix CRM/ATS as a frontend for all 287 offices in Italy. According to Randstad Italy, the Carerix platform is very effective due to its flexible workflow and excellent interface and connectivity. Randstad Italy will also take advantage of the Carerix extensive partner eco-system, by local and international partner solutions. The eco-system is also used to distribute Randstad Innovation Fund investments (e.g. Checkster – Reference checks, Pymetrics – assessments and Montage-video) out-of-the-box to all twelve Randstad countries that use the Carerix Platform.
Professional partnership
The implementation is completed on time and a successful go-live was achieved on November 26th. Together with Belgium partner ‘HRlinkIT’ and the Italian partner ‘Reply’, all the interfaces to internal system as well as the new Randstad Italy website have been completed on time and within budget.
