Match Cleanup tool

The ‘Match Cleanup Tool’ ensures that by changing the status of your vacancy (for example, to ‘filled in’ status), all matches that have not yet been completed are automatically set to a final status. Together with a Business Consultant, you determine which vacancy status ensures match closure. What you do with that match end phase? That is of course up to you. For example, you can send an automatic rejection e-mail or WhatsApp to the candidate.

Publication Cleanup Tool & Refresh Tool

Based on the period you set in the publication medium, you determine the duration of your publications. These are automatically given a new start date and appear at the top of your website again. Do you want to refresh it every week, once every fortnight or once a month? That is entirely up to you. This way, you make sure your publications are tidy and up to date.

Marketing Automations

Social Campaign Parser

Do you use social media campaigns or a marketing automation tool? The ‘(Social) Campaign Parser’ now allows you to parse the leads generated via the above tools directly in Carerix.
You can choose to convert the leads directly to candidates in Carerix or to match them directly to a vacancy.

Sharpspring Connector

Link your Carerix system to Sharpspring and import leads via marketing campaigns directly to Carerix.

The Intake form

To make an intake with candidate or client as easy as possible, we have developed ‘The Intake Form’. This form bundles fields from different tabs or panels and displays on 1 tab all the information that is important during and after the interview.
The Intake Form can be used on all files. Such as: candidate, vacancy, client or placement. After completion, all information is filed away in the right fields and tabs. This way, you not only have all information in one place, but you also guarantee your data quality in Carerix.

With various packages to choose from, you can decide for yourself which Automations to apply in your organisation. Apart from the standard defined packages, it is also possible to purchase individual Automations on top of a package.
