Supplier Portal
Supplier acces to vacancies
Suppliers get access to the vacancies you release and can propose candidates themselves. So you decide which suppliers get access to certain vacancies. This increases the speed and quality of your recruitment process in cooperation with your suppliers.
Submit and match candidates yourself
Providing access to the Supplier Portal is easy. Add supplier contacts to the correct group in their file, provide login details via an email template and they can directly enter candidates into the Carerix database by themselves and match them to the linked vacancies. This gives you a wider and more diverse range of candidates and it is always clear which supplier a candidate came from.
User-friendly job publication
Job vacancies can easily be published to specific suppliers. By creating a publication for a medium linked to a specific client, suppliers can see the appropriate job openings and suggest candidates on them.
Transparant vacancy flow
After publication, the vacancy becomes visible in the portal. Suppliers can accept or reject the vacancy and the status of the publication is automatically updated in Carerix. Accepted vacancies remain visible, so suppliers can continuously propose candidates.
Suggest and manage candidates
Suppliers can easily suggest candidates through the portal. By clicking on the “Match with a Job” button, they can match candidates to jobs and add comments, which are immediately visible in Carerix. New candidates can also be created directly by suppliers, with the correct status and source settings. In the portal, all matches made can be tracked with the process status. This provides a clear overview of the progress. Are you curious how the Carerix Supplier Portal can optimize your recruitment process? Request a demo and we will contact you as soon as possible.
