Upgrade Thalento® Assessments
Since March 2017, it has been possible to use Thalento® products via the Carerix platform. Thalento® solutions use personality tests to support HR managers in their activities. They range from attracting the right people and motivating, managing and developing talent, to offering support when people take the next step in their careers – both internally and externally.
Introduction of ‘Randomiser’
Thalento® launched an upgrade for its products on 15 January 2018. Besides a new generation of cognitive tests, they have also introduced a ‘Randomiser’ which is able to compile a new and unique set of test items for each participant. The norm groups used to compare candidates have also been improved. New norm groups are usually only launched every 10 to 15 years. By now launching them after seven years, Thalento® wants to improve its response to changes in society and the ever increasing number of generations in the workplace. And to top things off, on 15 January, Thalento® added several features that help to improve convenience. This includes a further optimised invitation process, a visual results page and automatic reports for participants.
